Spinieo-Construction-Division-Begins-Development
Having opened for operations in March following the addition of Construction Division Director Jack Cotton, the Spinieo Construction Division has begun development on two local residential projects in Maple Glen and Warminster, Pennsylvania. Both projects have planned completion dates for this summer.

In Maple Glen, the Spinieo team has begun work on a 2,500 square foot addition and interior renovation on a historic 1960’s colonial home for a young f…amily of five. The expansive project includes a 1,500 square foot family room and kitchen renovation, as well as a 1,000 square foot addition on the second floor to relocate the master suite over the garage, and establish laundry areas and baths.

In Warminster, original homeowners will receive a valuable and much needed 500 square foot addition to their home’s master suite. The expansion will allow for a dream room for the empty nesters, whom hired the new division for design and build on the project.

In addition to these new residential expansions, the Spinieo Construction Division is currently in the design stages for a new 7,000 square foot custom-built luxury residence to be built in Central Bucks County. Designed with the architectural elements of many stone estates built along the “Main Line” and through Chestnut Hill in the early 1900’s, this home is planned to be a showcase of classic architecture, old-world craftsmanship, and new technologies combined.
