Jack Cotton Jr. has joined Spinieo Inc. as the new Construction Division Director, where he will bring over 14 years of industry experience to the position.
Prior to Spinieo Inc., Mr. Cotton served as the Senior Purchasing & Project Manager at Southdown Homes in Downingtown for several years, where he focused on construction cost and estimation, project design, project management, and sub-contractor negotiations.
Mr. Cotton also brings a wealth of management and customer service experience from previous positions at Kurt Wolter Builders, Bentley Homes, and Elliot Building Group.
In 1989, Mr. Cotton received his degree from Bucks County Community College. His interests include aviation, as he received his pilot’s license in 1992 and worked for several years as a part-time flight instructor.
In his new role at Spinieo Inc., Mr. Cotton will oversee the design and implementation of all commercial and residential construction projects and help to solidify Spinieo Inc. as one of the area’s premier builders. He can be reached by Email at jcotton@spinieo.com.
