Spinieo Industrial Holdings LLC Granted Conditional Use Approval by Tinicum Township
MONGTOMERYVILLE, PA – Tinicum Township approves the conditional use of any one of six possible uses for a 20-acre, two-parcel, presently vacant tract in the 3600 block of Bedminster Route. The approval for the conditional use was granted to a reputable agent, Christopher Spinieo, who is a regional developer / contractor based in Montgomeryville, Pa.
“I look forward to working with the township to develop this property in what I envision to be a benefit to the community”, says Christopher Spinieo.
The approved land for conditional lease is granted based on the 31 PI uses allowed by the township. The approval includes wholesale, printing, contracting, crafts, mini-warehouse, and industrial park. Spinieo seeks to “go to market” to find possible takers for approved uses.
