As director of Engineering, I have been using Spinieo at several of our condominium buildings for exterior repairs such as; brick wall demolition and rebuilding the wall with cinder block, brick pointing, sealing, cleaning and repairs as needed to correct water leakage issues into the units. These project were completed by both swing scaffold and lift trucks.
Spinieo has also completed water proofing repairs to the concrete structural slab by removing and replacing the finished concrete after installing the new water proof coating. Working with Chris Spinieo and his team of employees has made my job managing construction projects much easier.
