The new planters are just about done, and in my opinion they are beautiful! I’ve never considered bricks beautiful , but these are! Spineo‘s crew is doing such a nice job! I never expected this quality and workmanship. If they can make brick planters look this good, I can’t wait to see the pavers!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the concrete pad. It is exactly what we wanted, and so much sturdier than the pads we were using. We also want to comment about your crew, and what a terrific job they did. They all worked very hard and were concerned with every detail of the job, down to removing all the debris when finished. They were extremely careful when moving the hot tub back onto the concrete, and were very patient as Bill and I decided exactly how we wanted it positioned.

I have to say – The work that was performed by Spinieo Inc. was great. They were very clean, The work was top notch and the staff was very knowledgeable. I would suggest them to anyone. They do allot moe than just landscape. Great Job – Very Pleased!!!

To Whom It May Concern: I wanted to take a minute to express my overwhelming satisfaction with Spinieo Inc. and the Masonry work your company did in my kitchen. Initially, I planned on using my kitchen contractorýs Mason. I continuously asked my kitchen contractor when I should order the materials, as I knew and informed my contractor numerous times that it was going to take 8 weeks for the stone to be delivered.

His response was always non-committal and always replied by saying he wanted to have his mason come by one more time to make an accurate measurement. Finally, I confronted my contractor and he informed me that his mason ýdid not want the jobý and asked me ýdid I have a backup planý. Being very shocked and upset at this point, thinking his mason has been out to my home numerous times to ýtake another accurate measurementý should have realized, 3 ý months into the remodel, that he did not want the job. I am now upset that my kitchen carpentry was done in preparation for my kitchen contractorýs mason to perform the masonry that now he will no longer be performing. At this point, I asked around and found Spinieo Inc. After explaining my problem, Mr. Spinieo assured me that his company could perform the work. He noted the job to be technically difficult because of all the cuts and working around outlets, cabinets and granite, but for his masonýs, it should be easy and straight forward. Mr. Spinieo also said that he could have someone out as soon as possible so that we could finally be done with the 4 ý month home remodel. I was also informed that he had three masonýs varying in experience and price. I chose the most skilled, at the higher price, and was VERY PLEASED I did. The workers showed up on time, performed exceptional work and did not damage any cabinets, granite, stained crown molding or newly tiled floor. My only con was that the cutting of the stone left the house very dusty. This also could have been resolved if I had them cut all the stone outside; however, they worked during the polar vortex and temps were 5 degrees and I told them to work inside. Simply put, I will recommend Spinieo Inc. to my friends and use them for my patio paver project Sincerely Frank

Kudos to the snow removal people – especially those poor guys that got the shoveling assignment. Felt bad for them yesterday as the snow was far from light and fluffy. They had to be completely exhausted. The entire crew did a nice job, as usual. In the 22 years I’ve been in Eagle Ridge, I think the snow removal has always been great. Please mention this to their supervisor. Thanks.

We have worked with Spinieo Inc. for over 10 years on various projects with my husbands construction company and have had great experiences with them! Spinieo has done over 25 foundations for our various house and addition projects and we would never use another contractor. Their knowledge of the industry, their top of the line equipment, their reliability, and completion of jobs in a timely fashion are just a couple reasons why we have a successful working relationship. I hired Spinieo Inc to come out and re-sand our hard scape and caulk the coping around our pool. The experience I had with them was professional and done in a timely manner. My experience with Spinieo was above average, in terms of professionalism, timeliness, and workmanship! Not only did they install a new patio, they also complimented the space with beautiful flowers and shrubbery alongside the outside rail. I got the patio done in Spring, and got plenty of compliments throughout the summer season of parties and barbecues! Time and time again, I have recommended them to friends and family. I am planning to have Spinieo pave my driveway this year, and I am confident that the quality of work will be on par with my past experience!

Drainage problem fixed! I was getting water in my basement last month along the rear wall so I called Spinieo Inc. I can happily say with today’s rains I’m getting no water. Job well done! Thank you Spinieo team!
