These guys did a fantastic job on my property! They built an awesome retaining wall and lined the driveway and street with beautiful stone, all under a week and reasonably priced! Highly recommended! It’s not the first time I’ve used them and will for my future needs.

I strongly recommend Spinieo Inc. I had them install a new concrete patio in my back yard along with concrete stairs going up a hill. I had three different contractors bid on the job and they were the most competitive. I was hoping this didn’t mean I was sacrificing quality and I can tell you I didn’t. They were available on the date I requested and completed the job on time. The workers were courteous, cleanly and meticulous. Strongly recommend them.

The exterior stone wall was moving from our 100 year old farm stone house. I had the structural engineering plan for what was needed to fix the problem and Spinieo had the most experience in this kind of undertaking and a solid understanding about the many needs of this project. The work was complicated requiring continual approvals and new directions from the engineer. The Spinieo team was professional and highly skilled in undertaking the work and equally important, flexible about and responsive to the ever-changing scope of work.

The have worked with Spinieo over the last few years on various projects on the different properties I manage. Chris and Frank are very professional. Working with many contractors and vendors it’s nice to have one you know is reliable and trustworthy. Their crews are friendly and hard working – I never have to worry about them being alone on job-sites. Each job has always been followed through until the end. I have always been satisfied with all of the work completed. Our most recent project- loading dock resurfacing, added steps and ramp came out beautiful, I could not be happier!

Frank was very responsive and thorough making sure our trench digging and pavement patch-up job was done quickly, and done right. Every request I had, he made reality. Super pleasant, super professional, and he answered all my emails and texts. I feel very confident in the quality of his work, and I can tell he stands behind it. As director of Engineering, I have been using Spinieo at several of our condominium buildings for exterior repairs such as; brick wall demolition and rebuilding the wall with cinder block, brick pointing, sealing, cleaning and repairs as needed to correct water leakage issues into the units. These project were completed by both swing scaffold and lift trucks.

Spinieo has also completed water proofing repairs to the concrete structural slab by removing and replacing the finished concrete after installing the new water proof coating. Working with Chris Spinieo and his team of employees has made my job managing construction projects much easier.

My wife and I contracted with Spinieo to install a patio in our backyard. The work was done over a few weeks time and we are extremely happy with the results.
